When shopping with us at Emma-Marie we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
We offer returns when shopping with us online within 10 days of delivery of purchase.

If you would like to return your item it must meet our Returns Policy

Full priced items purchased online can be returned for a refund or credit note

In store Full Price Purchases made in store can be returned within 10 days from the original date of purchase for either an exchange or a credit note.
- Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery
- Gift vouchers are not eligible for return
Please note:
- All returns for change of size or change of mind are at the expense of the customer
- You must indicate whether you wish to exchange / return.
- We are not liable for the loss of an item being returned so we strongly recommend that you use a postage method where you can trace your item
- Allow up to 14 days for full refunds
- No returns or exchanges on sale items
- No returns on items purchased during a Flash Sale
- No returns or exchanges on swimwear
- A return fee of $15 will be deducted off returns to cover the cost of delivery
Faulty Returns:
We hope you never receive a faulty item and are so sorry to hear you may have, we understand this is really disappointing.
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please email us at info@emmamarie.com.au with photos, your order number and details of the fault and we will endeavour to arrange a replacement or a refund for you as quickly as possible, based on an assessment from the manufacturer.
If the manufacturer deems your item faulty, then your refund will be processed (please allow a 2 week processing time from time of receiving item as we need to ship back to brand)
